Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Camvi account and its associated data at any time. Choose whichever method is easier for you.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

Open Camvi and go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and its associated data immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email us at support@camvi.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request", and include the email address associated with your account so we can verify and locate it. Requests are processed within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile (name, email, avatar)
• Photos you have taken or uploaded
• Your participation in events you joined
• Events you created, together with all photos in them
• Push notification tokens for your devices

What is retained

If you made any purchases, we retain records of those transactions to meet accounting and legal requirements. These records are kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
